The terms and conditions are as follows:
Reserving a vehicle through this website does not constitute an immediate order of the vehicle. The vehicle will only be ordered once the contract is signed by yourself (as the customer) and Muscats Motors Limited.
By reserving a vehicle through this website, you agree to be contacted by a representative of Muscats Motors Limited to schedule a visit to their premises to sign the contract. Your reservation will be considered confirmed only after the contract is signed and fully executed in terms of law.
A deposit is required to reserve the vehicle, and it will be paid directly to Muscats Motors Limited.
This deposit is fully refundable until the contract is signed. In the event that you are entitled to a refund of the deposit, the amount will be credited to the same account from which the deposit was made.
All reservations are subject to approval by Muscats Motors Limited and in the case of credit, subject to the approval of the finance company. Muscats Motors Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel any reservations at its discretion.
The amount to be paid in Euro is €500. This deposit will be paid directly to Muscats Motors Limited.
Price shown is the manufacturer's recommended drive-away prices (MRDP) which applies to the vehicle model and optional features selected in the vehicle configurator and as described in the configuration summary. The MRDP is an estimated price which includes the manufacturer’s recommended list price, any associated registration fees, applicable taxes (including GST), and levies, however excluding insurance and licence fees, and any fees related to personalised and customised plates. The MRDP may vary, and the final price can only be confirmed once the contract is signed. Some information presented or used in the MRDP calculation is sourced from third parties.
Muscats Motors Limited has made every effort to ensure accuracy, however please contact them to confirm your actual drive-away price which may vary according to your individual circumstances, including their delivery fee and any trade-in value agreed between you and them. Excludes fleet, government, rental buyers, hire car and chauffeur companies.
